Sterling Smith

Sterling is a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people build confidence and strength through the gym.

His strength training journey began in his early 20s as a rower seeking to improve, and become more competitive, through lifting weights. This sparked a passion for strength training and powerlifting. This spark has lead to eight years of competitive powerlifting, with several wins in his weight class. Sterling also has experience with transitioning from endurance sports to strength athletics, which allows him to bring a diverse training expertise to match any fitness goal.
